We met up with a few IDs but we decided to engage Yan Ling to handle our home reno. Yan Ling is very friendly and we felt comfortable to have open communication with her. We felt that this was a very important factor and it was really what sealed the deal for us. Yan Ling was patient and professional even though we made some last minute changes regarding our design and windows. Really appreciate that as she had to rearrange the whole reno schedule a few times. Whatever queries or ideas we had, she would always reply promptly and give us her honest opinions if it was feasible or not. All of the workmanship is of good quality. After all the carpentry work is done, they did a very good job in cleaning up the place and made sure that all the carpentry works are rectified. What really impressed us was even after the renovations are done, Yan Ling still contacts us and follow up if there are any outstanding matters. We are very happy with how our home has turned out and we would like to thank Yan Ling for her professionalism and expertise. We are extremely pleased and satisfied with the final outcome of our newly designed home.

From a dull unwelcome feel to a cozy place we call home
A decision to hire an ID film for us wasn't difficult but how to manage our expectations with an ID that could work with us is a challenge. It was our 2nd meeting up with Yan Ling and we all felt comfortable with her in aspects of her prompt response, open to discussion, willing to exchange ideas and definitely understand our requirements in putting the key factors together. Especially we have a loft to build in the living room! We were delighted by her initiative of chuming up a 3D drawing for the loft on our 3rd meeting. It was closed to what we had discussed and since then the progress was eventful and exciting! Meeting with Yan Ling was almost a weekly event and things went as proposed! As many homemakers, kitchen is an essential place for us. From a black and white tiny and less lightning space, it was transformed to an open concept, brighter and minimal aspect as al agreed on. And her proposal of using Quartz for kitchen was just I had in mind too! Overall we are pleased with Yan Ling of her responsibility, demonstrated her innovation and willing to accept our opinions (we are not the easiest people to work with) The feeling of working with Yan Ling is good for us. Do communicate and state expectations and open to changes makes our renovation journey a happy and successful one!

This was my second renovation but I was still facing with many challenging decisions. i.e. from choosing materials, color selections, space planning... I'm glad to have Yan Ling's help throughout the process. It was overall pretty smooth from the start to finish. The quality of work is really satisfying.
Our designer is very responsible and trust worthy. Very good experience throughout the whole process. The price is very reasonable, but the quality of work is really satisfying. She understands what is our expectations and can deliver what we want. She makes sure the renovation process is smooth and no delay. Lastly, she will follow up with you even after everything is done. So far, I have moved in for about half a year. Will definitely recommend her to friends.

My husband and I had a pleasant experience working with Yan Ling. We were happy with the workmanship and service. In particular, we are very pleased to have worked with our ID Yanling. She was very easy to work with and was diligent with her updates and follow ups. These really put our hearts at ease knowing that our renovation works are being well taken care of. She goes out of her way to help when she can and is very patient with our needs and demands. My husband and I really appreciate the efforts she has put in throughout our 3 months reno period. Thankfully things went smoothly and Yan ling was able to hand over the house to us on time and we are very pleased with the final outcome. I bought my first HDB flat early this year. My wife and I were excited about it and planned to live in it for at least 10 years. So it is very important for me to find a responsible and reliable designer. No one wants to have another around of renovation in 10 years. At least I do not want. In addition, I did not have any experience with renovation because it is my first house. And I was very busy with work during that period and did not have much time to check the progress and workmanship from time to time. She put everything in order and I seldom made visits to my house during renovation except that she asked to me to go there for discussion. She helped receive furniture that I ordered from e-commerce platforms. She even have me advice to save money. I want to say a big 'thank you' to Yanling. I definitely recommend Yanling to my friends and all of you.
Feel like a holiday home
We want to give Yanling a thumb up for her renovation job. During year end when everyone is celebrating Christmas and CNY, Yanling has been busy planning and accomplish our renovation, making sure everything are under control. The renovation period is also worth waiting for. Yanling is very detail when comes to measurement especially for our pattern vinyl at the island, she makes sure it sit in the center of the room. We love the house very much, it's like living in a Holiday Home. Thank you Yanling for making our dream home into reality. Loving it to the max.

We decided t o engage Yan Ling as our ID after meeting a few other designers, mainly because of her great design concept for our living room ceiling at the very first discussion.
